I'm sorry I didn't write down the name of the very pleasant young woman who helped me with the funeral flowers order a few days ago.
My daughter phoned from Matzuva to tell me that everything worked perfectly. The flower delivery from Nahariya phoned at Matzuva's gate, got instructions for Amy's house, and delivered the beautiful bouquet at 11 o'clock Saturday morning.
Amy said, excitedly, "Mom! The flowers are lilies and carnations. Did you know that lilies are the flower for Leah?"
Well, no I had not known that. I had thought violets were the perfect flower, but they were not available. This arrangement, I think called "Moonlight," pleased the whole family.
The memory flowers arrived in time for the smallest grandchild to carry them to the cemetery and place them on the grave. Amy (my daughter) said there were masses of flowers and that was good because Leah had loved fresh flowers - but she said that your "Moonlight" arrangement was the prettiest. :)
Thank you so much for responding immediately to my late night (here in the States) email, for phoning me immediately to discuss my wishes, and for getting exactly what I hoped out to the Segali family in prompt order and perfect condition. You are now my florist of choice for anywhere in Israel I want to send a gift or memorial. The delivery charges, by the way, were incredibly reasonable! I think the total cost of the whole order was no more than funeral flowers would cost me to send right here in my own town in U.S.A.
